I have 90 more minutes in my 30s ...

and I'm so thankful that as I turn 40 tomorrow, I'm actually 30 lbs lighter than I was 10 years ago (and 22 lbs lighter than I was 6 months ago!), can run much farther and am in overall better shape. Thanks to everyone on the low carb board for all your support, advice and encouragement in helping me get there in time for my 40th birthday! :)
