Where does the Zone stand as far as coffee/lattes?

    Coffee is the same as water or tea in Zone-- if you haven't added anything to it (milk, sugar, etc), then you don't need to count it.

    Anything that you add like milk or sugar need to be counted.

    A cup has about 5 calories which is negligible and as Andi explains, you don't count it.

    I've got a big bag of Progenix Recovery (it says 2 scoops = 23g protein, 8g carbs, 1g fat). I want to design a breakfast (3 blocks) based on those 2 scoops. I never usually eat breakfast. Seems like the simplest possible breakfast. I'll just drink it as I'm driving to work.

    How many grams of protein, carbs and fat would 2 scoops produce in terms of Zone blocks?
