Sometimes it's easy to forget to stretch, when we're focused on getting a workout in. Let's work on remembering this week. Even if it's only 5 minutes a day, even on days when we don't workout.
Just chime in once you've done your stretching for the day. If you don't know what stretches to do, you can find lots of basic short stretching routines on YouTube.

Decided to do 30 minutes of yoga with a YouTube video. Now I'm beat and ready to fall asleep 2 hours earlier than I've been going to bed recently.

I drove 8 plus hours today up and down mountain passes......and really need to stretch...I think I'll do that now lol....great idea!
I'm so tight I can barely move. ......ill do better rest of the week:)
