If there are any females struggling with binge eating that want to friend me and support each other please do! I'm 28 years old from NY and have struggled with binge eating my entire life but serious binge eating from 2013-2015. I read the book brain over binge last year and it literally saved my life. Unfortunately as the book says old habits die hard and I've been struggling a bit again over the past 8 weeks. Hoping to make some female friends to support each other.

    Sending a request! I've always had binging issues but i don't think I realized it until recently. In high school I was so obsessive about my weight that the rare (at the time) binges didn't affect my weight. But the past 10 years it's been BAD and the binges have added 80 lbs to me over that time. I'm 32 now, living in southern California.
