That first pic - with the kitty - is exactly how I felt when I recorded everything and saw the final numbers! Partly cuz I was amazed my body didn't go into some kind of shock from eating all of that crap!1

I always wonder what that kitty is looking at to get such an extreme reaction0

My husband's favorite saying is "I never cheat...on my DIET". My MIL tells me to just hit him when he says stuff like that )3

Yes, and yes! I enjoyed every minute of it!! (except for the guilt that I stuffed way down inside so I could ignore). But it isn't worth it. I wish I hadn't enjoyed it, as I have a VERY hard time having only a few sweets. I ended up eating about 7 cookies and 2 candy bars, in addition to normal food. I need to stay completely away from sweets.0 -

@Wakey618 - that is exactly how my body responds. I currently suspect that it's related in part to my insulin resistance, and in part LIKELY to a candida or other gut imbalance. I'm golden and on task 6-7 days without a single issue - then I faceplant into a wall with no warning or control. I personally believe it's some bacteria that survives on sugars/wheat/gluten dying off that overwhelms me. And yes, if 1 of something is good, surely 20 has to be better, right? That's what my body does to me... The reaction is always worse when my insulin levels are higher... Check out the post I just added to the end of this thread: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10385699/i-broke-thru-the-stall#latest for my favorite method to combat it.0 -

Thanks - that was helpful. I've felt myself slipping this afternoon (I did slip a little) so I ate 2 string cheese sticks and drank a bunch of water. I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this! I can and will do this!2
