I grew up eating the weird parts of animals (cow tongue, tripe, pork cheek, etc) so I wouldn't be so turned off by it being called cow's *kitten*.

They're going to censor the *kitten* and put cow's *kitten*, aren't they?

Sure, why not? I've eaten pork butt (it's pretty good), so why not cow butt?

But pork butt is pork shoulder. Or is that the joke?

I ate chicken *kitten* in South Korea. Chewy. Not great.

Often when you see meat labled as pork "butt," it is "Boston butt" (shoulder). I've eaten pork shoulder / Boston butt. I've eaten pork butt / hind quarters also (ham). Personally, I prefer ham over shoulder.

Ok so this whole kitten thing so throws me off, because mentally when I read it I sub in the word I think goes and in this case it read as chicken sh** in my mind lol I'm assuming that's not the case :D
