I'm excited to receive more motivation and connect with other people who are determined to get healthy and fit! I have let the pounds pile on for two years and I have finally decided now is the time to make those changes! I have no more excuses and nothing to lose but POUNDS and INCHES!7

Hello everyone, I have been overweight most of my life and I am trying to put an end to the yo-yo dieting. Trying to make small life changes that will help with health issues. Looking forward to having a little extra motivation and encouragement to continue on my journey all while making some new friendships. Best wishes to all!7

Hi everyone! I have always been overweight and need to get it sorted. I like daily motivation and accountability. I am currently unemployed, so this seems like a positive use of my copious amounts of spare time. Good luck, and I look forward to getting to know you all. Cat x6

Hey guys and i'm so glad to be apart of this with everyone else. Self accountability is a huge problem for me and I don't have ways to kind of kick my rear end when things go south, so hopefully this challenge will help me stay on track and make sure I meet my goals! Trying to drop to at least 13% bodyfat by the weigh in, and finally see some abs!3

Hi everyone! I've been on my own July 4th challenge because we're having a BBQ and I'm going to be seeing people I haven't seen in months! It's always nice to look your best. More importantly my husband and I are trying to conceive, and my doctor wants to put me on Clomid. I'm trying to get down to a healthy BMI (17lbs to go) until that happens. The sooner the better!5

HI all, I'm hoping that the accountability of this group will help me on my journey to slim down. I would ultimately like to get down to the low 140s or high 130s, depending on how I feel. For now I just want to lose enough weight to look good for my brothers wedding in October, for which I am a bridesmaid. I haven't gotten my dress yet, but I have seen pictures and I want to feel comfortable in it.5

Hey everybody. My goal is to lower my body fat percentage and get as fit as I can before I leave for boot camp in September. I always work harder when part of a group and am definitely excited to try out being a part of this challenge.5

Hi I am Jen, this challenge is for me! I am hoping It will help hold me accountable. I want to get in the habit of logging my food in everyday, drinking my water and getting my steps in and eventually lifting weights. My goal is to lose 6 lbs by the challenges end.
Thanks @FitMommyMal for getting this started!4 -

Hey friends! I'm overweight and tired of being tired. I am ready to change the way I look at diet and fitness and start living the way I "Wish" I was living. I am having a wedding ceremony in September and want to feel like a beautiful, healthy, glowing bride. I deserve this. I hope we can all bring each other accountability and encouragement! This will be a wonderful summer.5

Good Mornin' everyone. I am in year Five. For me, maintenance is more difficult than the initial weight loss -- my weight has crept up about 7 pounds in the past 8 or so months. I'm using this challenge to "get back" to basics!!!4

Hi everyone! My name is Breana. I have 3 little ones. A 2 year old and 7 month old twins. I've been struggling with my weight and body image for a while now and I just can't seem to stick with any diets or exercise routines. I was going to give up already but I logged back into my old MFP app and saw how much it's changed! Accountability is what I need and I didn't really have anyone who could do that for me. I'm so glad I found this community and this group. Thank you so much for the invite! I can't wait to try this. I'm excited all over again to reach my goals! I want to lose about 40 lbs. That would be great. Here's to hoping this gets me going in the right direction! =]
