Please respect the guidelines of the challenge! Additionally, we follow all MFP guidelines as well.

1. Weigh-ins will be every Sunday for 6 weeks. May 22-July 3
2. In the weigh-in Discussion pages, please post your username and weight only.
3. Keep it positive!
4. Everyone is encouraged to join in the group discussions.
5. Follow all MFP guidelines for group pages.

    Hey! Just thinking...when we post should we post the following so that each week everyone can see the progress?

    Start Weight (SW) as of May 22nd
    Current Weight (CW)
    Goal Weight (GW) ending July 3rd

    For example my post would be:

    Gkjefferson
    SW:226
    CW:226
    GW:215
