Facts - blood tests and a 50/50 protein to fat diet

I eat a bit more protein than some, about 225 grams a day, but I do lots of physical things.
Long term, I eat good fats mention in our group quite often. I eat 85% dark chocolate day as a medicinal food.
So by taking bits and pieces of what works for so many of the good people on here I have another year down and still imrovements are possible.
Exercise has been a factor. 2x weekly of lifting pretty hard to lower cholesterol and keep good hormones where they need to be. 4x weekly fairly hard cardio average 90 minutes.
I don't argue diets with people these days. For me, and only me I state this, sugar carbs are just the bad thing that unravels the other good things I am doing. I have 3 years of working this low sugar thing and it just works for me.
This group has been a long term source of great info.
So thank you all and you shared success stories motivate on a daily basis.

Great numbers! Mine are similar, all in target range except for total cholesterol, which is higher. How was yours? did they give you flack over it, if it was higher? (I know that LCHF ups total cholesterol, so not worried.)0
