looking for Light tummy exercise

Hey! I'm looking for some light workouts to loose excess fat and skin on my tummy, After having a c-section i'm so paranoid im going to hurt the area even though i am fully healed, any recomendations?

My chiropractor told me to do lower abdominal exercises (specifically bridge pose). I still have some loose skin, but the muscles underneath are stronger. The loose skin may be permanent, a lot of my mommy friends who did not have csections also have it.0
