Hi everyone! I'm on my second day of LCHF. I need to lose about 20lbs or so and get myself healthy again. Any tips? I think I've got this down, but it does take a little getting used to...I'm scared I might actually GAIN weight with all of this fat!

Welcome. I'm still new myself. This forum is a wealth of great info. I've lost 20 lbs and most of it with LCHF. There is no other way to live!2

I had the same worry, but if you stick to the plan , yup the weight falls off. However I find when you have less to lose you won't get those massive wooshs that you read about, but still a great weight loss plan that for me seems to be working more consistantly than any other method I have used before. Great to have a diet that doesn't tell me stop eating cheese, woop woop. I however am a little slower too because recently I have decided to add more carbs I was finding it hard to stay at 15g a day and was making myself miserable, so now I am staying under 30 or there abouts and getting more veg , and am back to being happy following the diet,.4
