Although it is good to acknowledge your weaknesses in order to change and break bad habits, it is also good to realize what your strengths are. These don't have to be big, but something significant to you. Whether its motivating yourself to get up and exercise or resisting workplace sugary snacks, we all have one!

Mine is that once I start eating healthy and exercising, I am really motivated to keep going. I love going for long streaks, and having many days of being healthy behind me keeps me from indulging in salty and fatty foods.0
