Hi fellow Minnesotans! I'm in the research phase of going vegan and came across this group. Just wanted to say hello.

  I was thinking about it too for health reasons but I don't know if I can, has anyone else gone vegan after a lifetime of loving meat and cheese? How hard was it to transition?
