I love the fact that it can be discreet or seen, and is often a conversation piece. Keeping to the basics

I use a zip as well. My work started the Power Of Vitality program last year & I got one to add points towards the reduction in insurance premiums this year at work... and it has done wonders for me with weight loss... I am more aware of how much I move (or don't)... There are some wonderful discussion groups in the community on that website - the food database is better here on MFP, so I use it rather than the Fitbit one for calorie tracking... and I am down 21 lbs since I started tracking!

At the top of the page after you log in, on the right side, is an icon that says "view profile" when you hover your mouse over it (by default it looks like a person's shoulder and head in a circle). Click there and you'll be taken to your profile and that's the link to you that you can share with others so they can find you and add you as a friend. Is that what you're looking for?0 -

Must just be me but I can find my profile but not see anything that looks like a person's shoulder and head in a circle. Couldn't see how to share with others. I'm useless when it comes to these things. Not to worry0 -

I got a Zip and an Aria scale a few weeks ago in association scheduling the insertion of a Reshape fitness balloon. The scale was a little tough to set up but works well now.
