I received a Zip as a Christmas 2012 present, love it. It's on my belt 24/7. I no longer even change belts day to day, just wear my basic black with the Zip attached. I'm a weekend walker, typically doing 10-15 miles as weather permits. Almost hit 40,000 steps one day. I like how everything is automatic, walk by my home desktop PC to upload, finds its way to MFP, adjusts calorie goal. Only thing you have to watch is when battery is low (Fitbit site tells you), you don't have more than a week to reload. I just stop in at a Battery+Bulb store, have them do it.3

I received my fitbit through a work health program, (for free). I love it. It automatically syncs with my phone and I can see my stats on my phone. I like their website too, but I use MFP. Luckily, fitbit syncs with MFP as well. I would recommend one to anyone that would just like to keep track of what they do every day. You would be surprised.2

Hello: I am new to MFP and FBZ with a goal of 12,000 steps a day. I hope to lose 5 pounds by the end of the year. I really like the tracking of my steps because it reminds me to be more active and not just sit all day. Little walks throughout the day and one long (45-minutes) and I can get there. Luckily I have a dog to keep me company. Would like to connect with others on the path to a normal weight. Thanks!0
