Stacked push-ups! OMG Chris, you're gonna have me tipping over again when I'm leaning against the wall and trying to put one foot behind the other!!! Maybe the TRX would help??

That's what I'm going to do!! TRX RULES!!! I'm doing it all on the TRX. I can get deeper squats that I cry about the next day, and I can do the pushups easy!!

Way to go, Clara! Have fun!

Going to DDD's MIL's for dinner. I made a killer fruit bowl. All melons and berries and grapes. No dressing. She's BBQing chicken and I don't know what else. I will behave. My weight was good this morning.

    Have fun today everyone.

Yes, Chris. With me TRX is a real knee-saver, best way to do lunges and squats - easier on the knees and yet feels like a better overall workout.

Walked w/DH and Bean yesterday 5.05 miles in 92 mins and today 4.0 miles in 92 mins (6.23 total miles today for 13,597 steps) then got on the recumbent both days for 15.0 miles in 55 mins (Mon) and 12.0 miles in 45 mins (Tues) and watched some Banshee.

Went to 1st grade today and helped DDD get things organized for the sub teacher who will take over for her when school starts. Will do it again tomorrow and Thursday then I think I'm off for the summer.

I hope everyone is having a good time!

Chris having a summer break will be great! :) Love the fruit bowl..

Paula you guys and that TRX sounds fabulous!

I loved last week's challenge and this week's looks great also. I have been busy trying to get my new fish to settle in. It has been labor intensive. She was gasping at the top of the tank. I will not bore you with all the details, but today she seems almost normal. There is hope yet. Paula the photos do not do her justice. She is beautiful! Still no name.

Shelley, hope your new fish is doing okay.

Walked W/DH and Bean this morning for 4.05 miles in 93 mins (6.76 total miles for 14,742 steps) then went to 1st grade then hit the gym w/DDD and our trainer for a killer hour workout. No more 1st grade until next Tuesday. Room clean up then.

    Have a great evening everyone!

Paula do not fall on your head! That would be bad.

Chris I to got in some reading last night. No working out though. Had to do some shopping. I must look into this Banshee.

    So glad it is Friday!

Another 1/2 pound down. This stopping eating at 7pm is leaving me hungry at night - a good sign.

At 8pm I told Derek that I wanted a yogurt and he assumed I would give in and have one. But the 7pm curfew protected me.

It's like having you guys telling me to work out. Guess I'm a sucker for a good drill sergeant.

    Thanks, beautiful workout buddies.

You are welcome, Clara! I did, however, snatch the info from another challenge. :o
