    I hear that! My goal weight is in the 180s somewhere, TBD. I know women starting out at 180, looking to get to like 110. Yah I think my left thigh weighs that much. :lol:

    I think the last time I was 110lbs I was...10 lol. 130's is about as low as I can go without looking scary

    I'm 5'10! I would love to know what other people think is a good goal weight. Back in 2014, I lost approx 200lbs, and ever since then I've hovered between 170-190. I'm not sure if my excess skin weighs a little bit or if it's negligible.
