So I recently had my third miscarriage... and I've had a really bad day, pizza, brownies, cupcakes and ice-cream. Now I feel so bad. Fed up with eating my feelings :(

    I'm sending you good energy. Look for good and laugh when you get chances to.

    As for food, bingeing is a habit you can and will change with mindful awareness. Focus on your choices. There is very little i have control over in this life, but i am in charge of what goes in my mouth. :) I use mantras like "food is for nutrition" or "eat for health" when I catch myself wanting to feed feelings or overdo on junk. Cheers!

    I am sorry for your losses. I second ladycclear "Be kind to yourself as you recover" advice. Emotionally you are very vulnerable and it is understandable that you are looking for comfort.
