So I recently had my third miscarriage... and I've had a really bad day, pizza, brownies, cupcakes and ice-cream. Now I feel so bad. Fed up with eating my feelings

Wow, that's a lot to deal with. Be kind to yourself as you recover.
I'm sending you good energy. Look for good and laugh when you get chances to.
As for food, bingeing is a habit you can and will change with mindful awareness. Focus on your choices. There is very little i have control over in this life, but i am in charge of what goes in my mouth. I use mantras like "food is for nutrition" or "eat for health" when I catch myself wanting to feed feelings or overdo on junk. Cheers!

I am sorry for your losses. I second ladycclear "Be kind to yourself as you recover" advice. Emotionally you are very vulnerable and it is understandable that you are looking for comfort.0
