I'm new to powerlifting, currently training with Madcow Stronglifts, and looking for any meets in the Virginia, Maryland area.

Any advice or words for preparation for competing are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    RPS hold meets in the bristol va area at Mayhem Strength and Conditioning. others feds are in the elizabethton tn area at Evolution Sports.
