Hey there ladies and gents!
I work with a very nice gent who is helping me by providing me sites I can use to create my own exercises routines from. The site is www.exrx.net. It also gives you instructions on how to do the exercise along with a video showing form at times.

Awesome. The one that I've been using is jefit.com. It has many of the same features, and the mobile app is great to use in the gym. I'll have to check out your link. Thanks!0
