Okay, I hope this is a fun workout. Each day will be different. Do each set through at least once. Those of us belonging to the Zero Times 100 Burpees Club are to do push ups in place of burpees. Modify where necessary. TRX push ups will work.

Monday - Spell your name.
Tuesday - Spell your DH's/BFF's name.
Wednesday - Spell your kid's name or a friend's kid's name.
Thursday - Spell your pet's name.
Friday - Spell your street name.
Saturday - Spell your town name.
Sunday - Spell your state name. (egad! California??? Time to move to Ohio?)

Walked w/DH yesterday morning for 5.50 miles in 67 mins (7.66 total miles for 16,735 steps) and this morning for 5.05 miles in 94 mins (7.40 total miles for 16,096 steps) then went to 1st grade to help DDD get ready for next year then went grocery shopping then made soup. Done! Back on the bike and to the gym tomorrow.

Tennis practice this evening for 90 minutes as well as 9,279 steps for 3.70 miles. Meeting with our trainer tomorrow for the first time in 2 weeks...it's going to be ugly.
I'm trying to get back with a routine. The challenge looks like fun. I'll have to find time to get it in.

Yes, he could, Paula. People sometimes don't know whom to call what...I could be 15 Arm Circles, 50 JJ's, 15 Squats and he could be 50 Squats, 60 Burpees, 30 JJ's...(which is why I'm know as 40 Arm Circles, 30 JJ's, 15 Push Ups, 1 min Wall Sit, 15 Squats these days!! bwahahah! No burpees for me!!!) and it's also why I call him 15 Arm Circles, 80 JJ's, 45 Squats, 25 Push ups, so folks don't get confused!!

Drat, I missed yesterday (worked till 10pm - came home and crashed). I was going to pick my nephew, Luke. Almost as good as Lupe...

DDD got me and so did Bean!!
Walked w/DH yesterday morning for 5.15 miles in 90 mins and this morning for 5.45 miles in 101 mins (7.30 total miles yesterday for 15,238 steps and 8.34 miles today for 17,961 steps) no bike either day but got 45 mins done at the gym Wednesday. Our trainer puller her ham string and is out for two weeks. She gave us our workout sheet and we went through it ourselves...skipping what we didn't want to do. The things you get away with when your trainer isn't looking! We can have a sub next week if we want one.
Had to go get shots at Kaiser today (reason for no bike). Whooping cough before the baby gets here and some other shot because I don't have a spleen. I have to get a second 'no spleen' shot next week. The cool thing is, there is a Farmer's Market up at Kaiser every Thursday. DDD and I only had $6.50 cash between us, so she got a chocolate/zucchini loaf of bread which she said was delicious. Next Thursday we'll have more $$$ with us and we're taking DH along. They had some really interesting veggies, too.
Well, I weigh in tomorrow. Got my fingers crossed. Hope everyone is doing okay.

OMG that sounds so cool. We could go to Utah togetaway together - the workout wouldn't be so bad if we used the TRX and it'd be closer to Shelley than Ohio.

Walked w/DH today for 5.0 miles (6.93 total miles for 14,445 steps). Got on the bike after our walk for 13.00 miles in 46 mins and some Lucifer then went w/DDD and SIL to see 3D pics of our soon to be grandson. That was truly awesome!
My weight is up this morning. Trying to behave today.

I worked 12-13hour days last week existing on sweets and coffee. Me weight this morning was 171. 'nuff said.

Chris, We didn't move to Ohio in time: 30 squats, 200 JJs,, 2min wall sit, 35 burpees, 15 pushups
At least we don't live in Wyoming where there are 65 burpees.

Egads! Burpees are bad!
Eating has not been the best.
Walked w/DH this morning for 5.10 miles in 91 mins (6.32 total miles for 13,313 steps) then got on the bike for 12.00 miles in 46 mins and an episode of Lucifer then workout to a strength DVD for 30 mins. Got some of our challenge covered. I am DONE!!! A great Sunday!
