Logging in the workouts

So me and my wife are doing 21 day fixs but we are having the hardest time trying to log in the workouts on here to get how many calories we have burning some one told me just put 400 calories burned for each day but that doesnt fair or ever accurate to me can any one help. I just dont want to log in each separately thank you

    I would suggest a heart rate monitor if accuracy is your intention. Every person will be different including you and your wife. The same workout might be 400 for her and 650 for you. I know on the yoga days it was only like 100 calories burned.

    I used a fit bit to get my count, its not exactly accurate but better than just saying 400 cals. All of mine are under 295 cals

    Yoga was less around 95 cals.. Highest being Dirty 30 and Plyo at 275 and 295
