Hey everyone What are your thoughts on Shakeology? I really love it but it is so pricey. I have not found anything similar to it. While I want to maintain buying it, it is breaking my pocket... Just wondering what everyone thinks
tips
To accelerate my progress im going to replace: one yellow with one red or one green. so 5 red 1 yellow or 4 green 1 yellow also they recommend doing two rounds which after a break I will probably end up doing.

i made it through yesterday, woke up this morning super hungry. going to pre plan food and start cooking. I have 3 eating out offers this week. I keep telling myself it's only 3 weeks. if I have to hermit then so be it.
