starting round 2 today!
yay!
round 1 I lost 2lbs following diet only w/ mfp and Fitbit tracking.
I do Friday weigh ins.
my goal is to be total -9lbs since January
hw:139
cw:133.5
GW:130
going grocery shopping for the week, cooking today aka meal prep.
and then I basically have Thursday and Friday off to prep for the weekend.
