I'm on day four of low carbing and I'm logging on fitness pal daily but I'm concerned about how many carbs I should be taking in on a daily basis? Have been getting about 20-25 until today when I hit 34 I had trace amounts on the Keri sticks this morning any suggestions on a range to keep ketosis going???

Carb amounts vary from person to person. If you are very active, you have a little more leeway in the carb range for ketosis than someone who isn't as active.

If you feel good with 35g of carbs per day, then keep doing that.

Myself, I feel good with 25g NET per day.

Generally speaking, less than 50g/carbs per day is considered to fall in the ketogenic range. 50-100g/carbs per day is a more moderate range of carb intake and 100-150g/carbs per day is considered the higher end of "low-carb." Some people's bodies are more sensitive to insulin / carbs / sugars so there is no one "right amount" of carbs for everyone. Listen to your body. Do you feel better when eating lower carb (20-25g), or a little higher (35)? It may take you a while to find your "sweet spot."

I try to stay around 20g per day but I was completely sedentary when I started; now I'm not...I probably need to rethink my carbs.

Don't worry about the variations the sticks will show you. They are more influenced by how hydrated you are than how many ketones your making.
Stay under 50g total and you have no reason to doubt you'll be in constant ketosis.

I aim to stay under 50 net grams of carbs each day. I'm usually pretty close or right on that amount and haven't had any cravings so far (on day 13) and am feeling good.
