Trace It and Embrace It!!!!

The past two weeks, I have not logged my food and have not exercised. No excuses. I took a "short break" that has lasted entirely too long and I MUST kick myself back into gear. I need accountability from this group!!! So, what I propose, in addition to the "Tail Wagging" discussion to be accountable for exercise - is this thread to hold us accountable for logging our every bite and drink. It isn't that I have made terrible choices or even that I haven't lost at the pace I want - it is that logging my every intake helps me trace where I need to improve - sometimes it is getting more potassium in my diet, other times it is too much sodium, on occasion it is a little over the sugar goal. I love the report function that allows you to look at a week or month at a time. Now there is an eye opener.
So - I will begin - I logged today's food - every bite.
Your food diary does not have to be public to do this. We will use the Honor System.

This is a good idea as I've done the exact same thing as Hoovhome. For the last 2 weeks, I have not really logged all of my food and looking for motivation to do so. So I think this is a good idea. I'll start today!!0

@stesig you just post that you logged your foods in your diary here not your actual food log.0

Makes me feel better thanks1 -
I logged everything yesterday. Had all 4 grandchildren last night while my daughter played softball - twins that are 4 months old and a 2 and 5 year old. So, I wasn't able to post last night.1

Just as with the I Wagged My Tail Today thread, just say "did it" or something along that line unless you want to share more. Some have public food diaries, so you can click on their user name and view their diary. If there is one you particularly like, if you are viewing from a laptop or PC, you can print a report of their diary to help you plan your own meals. This gives us a little help if we struggle to come up with fresh ideas.
