My charge HR has started separating or having a bubble in the band. What is the best way to contact Fitbit? Email or phone? And what documentation do I need? DH bought it for me in a Black Friday sale and I got it for Christmas.

When I had an issue, I emailed them (found the address on the website). I found their Customer Service response to be very prompt and helpful.0

Mine is doing the same thing but it is a replacement. Wonder how many times they replace? Original was bought beginning of January and was replaced in March due to being faulty, now this one is separating from the band.0

I contacted someone on the customer support chart for a replacement band. You might need the original receipt. I also provided a picture of my issue.0

from what I gather just the once, then if that breaks or goes faulty, they will offer you a replacement at 25% off0
