How to stop the runs

Every now and then on Keto I get a really bad case of the poops and I have to run to the loo. Any advice of what I can add to help stiffen it up a bit.

    Drop fiber. Ease up on coconut oil. Add digestive enzymes (low stomach acid and messed up metabolism can lead to food being dumped out of the stomach/intestine before it should, so these help "slow" the process). Add probiotics. Avoid certain food combinations. Drink more water. Have more salt, but spread out.

    Have you identified any particular food combinations? Or health issues? I don't have a gallbladder, and I've having this problem less and less these days as I finagle things...

    be aware of sugar alcohols if you are consuming them, too many and they will reap havoc on you.
