Hello, I am Brock Easley. I am recovering from weighing 396 pounds so far.
Here are my stats, so far:
SW: 396 lbs.
GW: 180 lbs.

Hi, Brock. I'm Carly. I'm 39, 5'4", female.
Starting weight was 319, medically recorded (presumed higher 330-350)
Current weight 255.2
Goal weight 180-ish? No set ideal. Just want to feel healthy, look good in my clothes, be able to be active, etc.
I follow a low carb plan due to a number of issues. I had to take a few weeks off from working out, but I do interval training, 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week at this point in time...well, once I'm back to it next week!
What type of plan will you be using?0 -

I agree with Cari... It worked for me at first, just due to my sheer size and inactivity. Be prepared to study, understand your body and it's reactions, and reevalaute if a different plan may be needed.0
