Wondering about timing and combining of LCHF staples - anyone have any do's & don'ts?

(Curiosity triggered by this odd menu item...)

I'd worry about the "dip" part. What are they adding to perfectly ok ingredients to "make them edible"?

I'm guessing there's at least one other ingredient added to those two. Cream cheese, maybe.

Cream cheese, spinach and artichoke sounds pretty tasty, though.

When my mom made out she'd add cream cheese, mayo, and shredded cheese. It's very good and definitely works lchf

Here's the basic recipe for it. I don't think my mom ever used sour cream but she may have

The restaurant ones have a bunch of stupid sugar in them.
    Which you don't need.
You can make it soooooo good without it.
But I like spinach and artichokes if they're prepared right. You just need the right fats.

LOVE Spinach and artichoke dip.....Also jalapeno and artichoke dip. If you can find the right one in the grocery store it also makes a nice snack if you have to grab and go with some celery, or whatever else your favorite dipping tool is...LOL
