A man in the UK, Sam Fetham, has done a series of 21 day expiriments. In this expiriment he decided to cut his calorie intake to 5,793 calories and eat high carb foods. To His surprise he gained 15.6 pounds.

The real story to me is when I looked at what he ate it is what I used to think was a good breakfast and lunch.

ah of course! though to be fair, there was likely a portion that was water weight, not 15.6 lbs though0
