First of all, I can't believe I've logged in for 114 days this far. It's the longest I've gone for a while!
Anyway, I just wanted an outlet to share my weekend activities and thoughts with you. Yesterday, I run the farthest I have in 2 years. I ran 7.2 miles! I can't wait to see where I am at the end of fall 2016 when my running season is about over. Also, yesterday, I put my weight scale away in favor of inches. Now that this is a lifestyle for me, I'm not so focused on how much I weigh I'm going to be working out 4 to 5 days a week anyway.
So today, even though I didn't need to work out, I worked out anyway and I found a new Tae Bo video on YouTube and I also found the Biggest Loser yoga workout on YouTube. These are good videos to add to my repertoire of videos which includes other types of Yoga and Tabata.
One last thing, I love looking in the mirror and seeing a flat stomach where my jeans don't bulge out anymore because of it!
