Do you instagram your meals, progress pics, etc? Do you follow any good ones? There's a LOT of spammy accounts and I'm having trouble finding legit accounts so would appreciate some recs. If you want to follow me I'm anewlifeat40.

    KetoKarma, Lowcarbkristen, butterisnotacarb, lazy_keto - these are some of the people I follow and I find them really helpful - especially butterisnotacarb with the food posts!

    I post a lot of keto/low carb meals, my IG is keto_tia!

    A few I follow are:buttercup.low_carb, sammysamosa, annislchf, ketoto_diary, i.heart.low.carb, loueatsketo, paleoinscotland, london_n_keto, butter_is_not_a_carb, ibreatheimhungry, ditchthecarbs, christinaeatslchf and ketokarma. A few of those people I found in here!

    Most of those are low carb or keto related but some good overall fitness/inspirational accounts are fatdarling, ilostbigandsocanyou, and graciesjourney.

    Also if you use IGs search function for keto, lowcarb, lchf or lowcarblife etc you'll find lots of others to add as well :)
