Does anyone know any fun challenges that they've tried while watching TV? for example Like when the doctor says "run" you do 10 jumping jacks. Or maybe something video game related so I'm not sitting on My *kitten* the whole time I'm gaming ? Like get a certain type of Pokemon do a certain exercise?

    I only let myself watch Walking Dead or Game if Thrones when I am in my basement working out.

    I only let myself watch anime while I'm working out, so it's been a pretty cool way to track my progress by how many shows I've finished haha... and I look forward to the next episode or show so much that it keeps me motivated to keep exercising!
