For this to be truly effective I feel like we all need to weigh in on the same day. Agree? Disagree?

Sounds great. I normally do Friday's as I have a sneaky vino or dinner out on a Friday night l! But I can just log Friday's weight on. Saturday if people want to stick to Saturday.0

Weigh in day, I've lost 1 & a half pounds, better than nothing which I've had for 2 weeks so I'm pleased with that3

I do weigh-in Wednesdays! 134.8 today (2.0 pounds MORE than last week). started low carb diet today. Let's hope fora better week!0

Weighing on Saturday (today). Down to 199 lbs!
This means I met my goal (below 200 when school ends) which I think gives me two points in our point system?
So now I'm at 1 instead of -1. Ha

Weighed myself this morning, I have put half a pound on, but I was comfort eating over the weekend, due to me having to make the decision of putting my 17yr old cat put to sleep.
Came to bed early tonight, as I am hungry & wanting chocolate!0 -
My weight's been on a roller-coaster, I tell you. I'm currently at 141.2. Hopefully the scale will say less tomorrow0
