When was the moment you knew you had to make a change and lose the lard?
I'm in need of some support. I haven't exercised this week and probably haven't ate quite as good as i should! My trousers are so tight and screaming at me to lose the fat belly! Now I'm scared to get on the scales in case I have a gain!

Due to my lack of loss and other commitments I don't think I'm the person to run this group! Anyone up for it!?
I would love to set us all some challenges to help us on our way! Any ideas guys?

How about using a point system? Gain- minus 2 points No loss- minus 1 point Loss but less than target- 1 point Target loss- 2 points Our biggest loser of the week- 5 points Give ourselves non food rewards when hit certain number of points!
