How about using a point system?

Gain- minus 2 points
No loss- minus 1 point
Loss but less than target- 1 point
Target loss- 2 points
Our biggest loser of the week- 5 points

Give ourselves non food rewards when hit certain number of points!

    I want to try the points so I guess when Ive hit 10 I'll go see a movie I've been dying to see..... I don't want to set to high of a goal cause I'll just go and see it anyways lol

    I don't do well with a points system. Try and fail. It's enough for me to check in each day and just be accountable. If you don't mind me not doing the points, I'm happy to stay and support the group!
