Strength training anyone?

Looking for anyone doing any recommendations for strength training. I used to do strong lifts earlier but have been off them for around 6 months now. any routine recommendation?

Hey anupriyasin157, I'm in my second pregnancy, first tri. I did a small amount of strength training last time and I'm doing more this time. I tend to do body weight exercises (tricep dips, incline push ups, squats etc) and weekly yoga (with an instructor who adjusts the postures for me). I skip weight training on machines, too easy to overdo it. Stick with what feels good for you.0
