I'm struggling with food choices right now and exercising as life has been a little hectic lately. I am going to reel myself in with food planning and figuring out getting my exercise in. Any advice/ideas?2 -

Goal: Still working this out. I was very conservative in the beginning and had set a goal of 185...which I blew past back in December 2015. Now that I'm so close, I'd like to get to 143 and be able to say that I'm half the weight at which I started.5 -
