EASY low-carb dessert recipes - who has them?

HA! If you're looking for me to provide them...sorry so much. I'm hoping the gang will have some to post here. I'm looking for LCHF, not too much protein dessert recipes because I often find myself sick of salty stuff. Like today. I made myself a pancake with almond flour and egg, topped with ricotta and some blueberries. Very filling. I sweetened with monkfruit and added cinnamon and allspice. Meal replacement. I just couldn't face more shrimp. Even if it was slathered in mayonnaise. I just wasn't feeling it.

I may want the shrimp tonight. For some reason, I was thinking sweet. So please, I'd love some recipes for stuff I could make easily that doesn't require odd ingredients. Thanks muchly.

    Not everything has the recipe, but many do or are simple you don't even need a recipe.

    Carolyn at http://www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com has a lot of dessert recipes. Some easy some not-so. I've never been disappointed by one from her site though!

    Pinterest has tons of options too! Also, you can type the word "keto"in front of almost any recipe into Google, or whichever search engine you prefer, and the options are endless!

    I made one that was jello and the frozen whip cream.. it made a great dessert. Mix up the jello like normal and then add the frozen whip. Side note make sure the whip is actually thawed when you use it. I did this with a SF lime and it was amazing!

    Crustless coconut cream pudding

    1 can of all natural (nothing added) coconut milk (w/cream)
    1/2 cup softened cream cheese
    3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 package of Knox gelatin
    1/4 cup Swerve (or desired sweetener of choice to your liking)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp banana extract (optional)
    Optional topping: 1/2 cup of unsweetened toasted coconut with a dash of sweetener added

    Directions: whip everything up with electric mixer until smooth. Chill for a few hours before eating.

    I'm pretty new to the idea of desserts on keto and I am always overwhelmed by all the flours, sweeteners, oils, meals, etc., plus, I am not a baker...lol, nor was I ever much a person to crave things like muffins, pastry, cakes, etc. (not even pancakes, cereal, sweet things in general like donuts), BUT some of them look really good, I just can't afford to spend $14 on an 8 oz bag of whatever, try to bake something and have it fail...

    So I have been sticking with simplicity.

    Simple fat bomb with cocoa powder, butter, heavy cream, tahini or almond butter, as the base, add a different flavor of liquid stevia depending on mood, maybe add-ins include chopped walnuts or macadamias, flaked or dried unsweetened coconut pieces, shaved chocolate, etc.! I have a set of 6 teeny ramekins I got on Amazon (https://amzn.com/B0006BDCXA) that each hold 2 tablespoons (bought ages ago for having a nice little cup next to me for a perfectly measured serving of sauces, dressings, etc.) so I make a batch and I just eat one with a little spoon whenever I get the urge, it's great :) They have kept a week in my covered fridge door compartment just fine.

    I also have made a couple of sugar-free puddings with HWC or like, a mousse thing with dark chocolate shaved in. I might try an avocado pudding, but frankly, I love my 'cados just as is :)

    I got all the things I need just this week, to try sugar-free Jell-O with strawberry bits or blueberry added, maybe fluff it up with some heavy whipped cream...and maybe a sprinkle or two of chopped pecan.

    My sweet cravings require immediate satisfaction, LOL. I either make a BPC with some stevia and cinnamon or cocoa powder or I do the following: 2 Tbs peanut butter, 2 Tbs heavy cream, 1 packet stevia, and a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder. I whip it up with a spoon until it's a nice mousse. Yum, no special tools and less than 5 minutes from craving to satisfaction. :)

    Not really a recipe, but definitely easy - Breyers makes two flavors of carb smart ice cream, vanilla and chocolate. I have vanilla now which has 4 net carbs and it's delicious!! I was also told smuckers makes a great sugar free fudge topping so I'm going to get that next. I have the Hersheys sugar free chocolate topping but don't recommend it, it tastes funny and is runny.. 4/10.
