I'm just plain grateful for the life that I have now. I was chatting last night on facebook with my former boss from my last job. She was an amazing boss but it was SUCH a high stress job and I drove 37 miles through heavy traffic to commute to it! My whole life was STRESS!! Now I live in this area that I have so fallen in love with, my husband is a gem, I actually have time in my life to pursue some of those things that I have always wanted to do when I retire! Life is good!

I have had a VERY busy week and have four places to go this morning! I am soooo grateful that we have had such unbelievably beautiful weather! I am also grateful that my little garden is doing so well! I have little grape tomatoes now and jalapeno peppers! I really want to keep this organic so I hope I can master the pest control as things get bigger! We will see. After all, this is Florida and every bug in the universe lives here!

Grateful for the lovely day I just spent up in Rocky Mountain National Park. Lots of deer, elk, and big horn sheep. Lots of time in the car, but worth it.

Grateful that even though it has been a VERY challenging week and getting back on program was a struggle, I made enough progress to lose a little over 3 lbs this week. The journaling and walking paid off!

Greatful for the calm day today. We will be gathering up the damaged foliage and flowers after the sun dries them out a tad more. I tried to weeping the driveway and the foliage is too wet still. Hopefully the sunshine will take care of that in another hour or so.

Janet glad you can walk without pain. Sharon, I know you really enjoy her company have a nice visit.

Just so grateful to be back on track, I feel so much better eating the foods that are healthiest for me!!! Also, can't help but be grateful for a simply gorgeous day out there today - warm but not too warm, low humidity, sunshine, singing birds and flowering plants and trees. I love May!! ~ Kathy in Massachusetts

I am just thankful! With Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I pause and reflect on all my blessings such as family, home, friends and my freedom!! May I never take any of these for granted or forget the sacrifices others have made for me!

Amen to that. I am grateful that all of the men and women in our family, who have served in the military - and there are a lot of them - they have all come home to us safe and sound. Thinking this Memorial Day not only of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, but of all those who still dearly miss them.

Today and I am sooooooo grateful for having walked a path that leads me to natural solutions for my health rather than jumping on the big pharma bandwagon when things go wrong. That is a choice that has severed me well for very many years now. The protocol I am on is helping me soooo much. How sad it is we have a society where specialists do not even educate people about the actual choices they can make. If you want (i.e. my husband) to eat what you want and hope big pharma can cover your choices with chemicals, then that should be your choice. But if you are like me and would rather eat rat poison than take all the meds he is on, then you should be educated in those CHOICES!
