hi all, i just found you and wanted to post to say hey! I've never been heavier than i am now, which is not terrible, but not good either. I'm having a hard time keeping motivated for some reason. Previously, i have taken off an extra 10 pounds on two occasions with no problems, but this time around i just cant seem to stay motivated for more than a week. What helps you guys when your motivation is low?

Friends! Especially gym buddies, are a great motivation. Whenever I'm feeling whiny and unmotivated, my gym partner says nooooo and drags me to the gym. I do the same to her. It also makes working out more fun, because no one should have to suffer through cardio or weights alone haha. Hope you find your motivation soon!0

I'm more like you, am motivated to lose but can't seem to maintain. Am going to try to be different this time around and weigh everyday or every other day--people have said here that catching the gain at 2 or 3 pounds is the only way........how tall are you?0
