Marla - I'm glad you're going to see a nutritionist. They definitely give more in depth information and have actual follow up. Praying that your tummy is better in time for camping!
I'm getting a bit more consistent in my workouts. I slept through my alarm this morning and missed my run. But I still have a swim and strength training today so I'm not too concerned.
Training some more for my new position today and tomorrow. Normally I'll work only Monday's and Thursday's. But this week I'm doing things in smaller chunks to get training in.

Hi, feeling better today, i would say about 80% back to normal but still eating bland, giving my tummy a rest. I lost a few pounds, always do when this happens but its not the way i want to lose weight.
What i would love is some measure of control over myself. Sometimes i just feel like I don't care about anything when i eat.
After having 3 major stomach episodes 2 lasting over a week, i hope i finally wake up and realize once and for all, my body can't eat certain things. I think i am angry that other people can eat what they want, other people can stay on diets...i know need to work that out!
Going for a short walk soon.0 -
This morning I did Yoga, emailed kid's teacher, cleaned up the kitchen a bit while I made fancy flavored coffee, did some writing, made a list of all the things I've had on my mind and emailed it to self, shared a coupon with thrifty pals, had a nice cuddle with kid, made healthy breakfast shake and hard boiled eggs for snacks, left for work early and arrived early—and all I had to do was get up at 4:30 am!
Foot is better today, tomorrow is last day of meds. Actually wearing regular shoe and it doesn't feel like a straitjacket. Been a hungry hungry hippo then a MFP pal shared this link http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20920951,00.html/view-all
Certain drugs can affect appetite, including one that I am on for my hurt foot. Makes so much sense now...0
