Well, I walked w/DH this morning for 5.05 miles in 93 mins (7.40 total miles for 15,875 steps) then went w/DDD to a doc's appt then got on the bike for 15.00 miles in 52 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out with my kettlebell 40 mins that included all the above except the push ups. DONE!!! A pretty good Monday!

Walked w/DH early this morning...got to 99 degrees in our backyard this afternoon...5.05 miles in 95 mins (5.95 total miles for 12,886 steps) then got on the recumbent for 15.00 miles in 53 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a KCM strength DVD for 40 mins. Done!

Walked w/DH this morning for 5.46 miles in 103 mins (6.67 total miles for 13,936 steps) then got on the recumbent for 13.50 miles in 50 mins and an episode of Banshee then did a few yoga moves to a DVD. I still don't bend that way!

Going to do the workout tonight for my strength. Also need 12 more exercise minutes to make up for those darned oreo's. my tummy actually felt better when my brain knew they went into the trashcan and were no longer available on the kitchen table.

Walked w/DH this morning for 5.10 miles in 96 mins (6.57 total miles for 14,309 steps) then got on the bike for 15.00 miles in 55 mins and an episode of Banshee then worked out to a strength DVD for 30 mins then I took a nap!! It's pretty hot this afternoon but it was beautiful this morning.
