I typically run 30 miles per week but since stopping sugar I've had no energy and muscle loss and injuries. Not sure how to fuel my workouts now....advice?

Was glad to read about the Keto Flue tips, I had a bad headache for six days, went back to sugar and was okay but have gone off sugar again and have the 'flue' back.

    You headache is the result of electrolyte imbalance. Up your salt intake immediately. Eat pickles. Drink pickle juice. Salt your food as heavily as you can stand it. Use lite salt or lo-salt. Dissolve a bouillon cube in the appropriate amount of water and drink a cube twice a day. I also second what @erinseattle said about the book above. Get it. Read it.
