You shouldnt even be getting 1200kcals from just walking! Not even 600kcals unless you're walking at 5mph or something0 -

Hey everyone, I have had my blaze now for about 2 months and I absolutely love it. I started out with the flex until it died and I had to upgrade. I am new to using the mfp blogs and post and what not's but I have been using mfp since 2010 or so.1
