Sorry peops....a day late starting our new weekly thread. I was a bit busy and preoccupied over the weekend.
After 2 less than perfect fasts last week and 4-5 consecutive days eating out, I need to get back to it. Had a run yesterday and biked to work today and plan to do so tomorrow too. I also had a pretty good fast day today and nothing in the house to lead me a stray
Two more weeks of work and than I'm off for 4. So I'm going to make these last two work weeks count.

A less than stellar week here also. Have been chomping on things that are not very healthy so feeling a bit blue at the moment but did take a bit of heart form the fact can get into a skirt that months ago was very tight.
Have a good week and hopeful next week will be a more focused.

Last week was a challenge for me as well. I didn't work out and only had one true fast day. Cool part is Monday to Monday no weight gain.
This week I ran on treadmill Monday and today, and those have been my HIGHLY successful Fast Days. There's a challenge to exercise with Fast but I find it extra joyful when I can do it.
This weekend is going to be a challenge again. Wonder if I can Fast Saturday....0 -

I'm also finishing up my second fast for the week.Both went pretty well. Also went for a run on Tuesday and rode my some bike to work twice this week. So now I will go for an enjoyable but controlled weekend with some more exercise ;-)0
