    - 10 days over 10,000 steps
    - Log food !!

    June 15 - Halfway total 51.9 miles and 4/10,000
    June 16 - 2.1 miles
    June 17 - 3.1 miles
    June 18 - 3.5 miles Golfed - but used a cart ... very hilly course and they don't allow walkers when it is busy.
    June 19 - 6.2 miles
    June 20 - 2.9 miles
    June 21 - 3. miles
    June 22 - 3.3 miles

    And it is the start of my weekend!! Maybe by Saturday I will be able to actually go for a walk... unless I get home from the city earlier enough today.

    I have a lot of good habits, but still have one or two that are not so great. Never enough water which is stupid, since I live in the desert. But work makes it tough. I just can't put the phones on forward whenever I wish. I am the only receptionist...and well, it just is hard. I will work on it however.

    And my nighttime snacking needs lots of work. Will make a huge effort tonight so I can come back tomorrow and report I managed one dessert for the evening.

    HAGDE...be who you imagined! <3

    It's 4:45 here and I am up peddling. YAY!

    June 18 - 3.5 miles Golfed - but used a cart ... very hilly course and they don't allow walkers when it is busy.

    today - another trip to the city to return the floor sander we rented... just have to get the grand kids first this morning.

    Not doing so good - but will make 100 miles this month. Only 5 over 10,000 so far... better on logging food but still needs work.

    At 5.2" it is about 2,500 steps per mile for me.

    I use 2200 steps in a mile - I have a 28 inch step

    I did not hit my goal but still felt good about my progress. This is the most steps I've ever gotten up at our cabins where the primary activities are fishing, drinking and eating :wink:
