Hi ladies,
I thought it would be nice if those who have made it to their goal weight could share their successes here. It would be great to celebrate those who have met their goal and motivate the rest of us. Any tips and hints that helped you get to goal would be fab. xx

Back to prepregnancy weight, healthy BMI. Had third degree tear and severe diastis Recti so first three months was just healing, only slow walking for exercise. I had to stop breastfeeding at five weeks and I went on meds for mental health at the same time. This caused me to gain weight as I was really hungry. With the meds decreased I could lose weight slowly if I did lots of exercise.now I'm off those meds and the weight is coming off easily. For last five months I did 1200calories plus 70000steps a week, including running. Now I don't have diastis Recti so I'm doing strength training. Still planning on losing 6 more kg.6

Although my postpartum journey is nowhere near being over, I am so proud of how much progress I have made. My son is almost 6 months and I have lost a total of 47 pounds.
2 days ago I finished my first 12 week program, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, and within that time frame I lost 15lbs and nearly 16 inches off of my waist, hips, tummy, and thighs. I feel so strong, and I have more endurance than I have ever had in my life.
Another goal I have had is to climb Stone Mountain here in Georgia. It's just something I have always wanted to do but never was motivated enough to actually do it.
So yesterday I finally did it. The view alone makes every single struggle worth it up to this point.
I feel like it represents a new found sense of determination to live a healthy life from here on out. For my son, my husband, but most importantly, for myself.
Anyone feel free to add me. I am always looking for new positive and motivating friends here on MFP, especially fellow Moms! Just hang in there, be consistent, and all of you hard work will pay off. So, go set some goals, and crush them! ✔

He's almost 7 months now. Slow and steady wins the race! I still do my 30 min workout videos 6 days a week and watch what I eat. I would like to get down into the 140's as that would be an ideal healthy weight for my height, so we'll see! Don't give up ladies, our bodies have done amazing things already, eating healthy and staying active is the least we can do, and trust me you will feel so much better!4

Hello! My little one will be 2 years old in a couple months. I've lost 36 pounds and have 7 more to go before reaching pre pregnancy weight! I do a 30 min workout 3-4x per week and log my food. Can't wait to reach pre pregnancy weight! Then I have another 25 to go after that for my ultimate "goal" weight1
