Slowly going back to junk food

I was doing well for 2 weeks and now I'm slowly going back to wanting junk food all the time I have been trying to get back to the swing of things for the past 2 days but it isn't going so well I have been feeling pretty down about it :(

    Don't be down. Wanting junk is normal.

    Try using a mantra when cravings kick in. Think or say: Food is for nutrition. Then look at the nutrition facts on your snack choice. Do you really want it now?

    Always remember you are in charge of what you put in your mouth. Vegetables cure hunger too.

    But don't be down. Cravings happen. Be mindful and aware when you need a treat amd when you will feel better resisting temptations.
